I bought Heavy Rain a few weeks ago but didn't start it since I was playing other games.  I finally decided to start playing last night around 11PM.  So I start up my PS3 and pop in the disc.  Unfortunately, I hadn't used my PS3 in a while so I missed a system update, had to apply that before I could start playing.  Took about 30 minutes.

Started Heavy Rain.  There's an update to the game.  I expected this, since I'd heard the game had gotten Move support, not to mention that the game had been out for a while so a patch or two were expected.  The patch was 1GB+ and took 2 and a half hours to download and install.  Finally get into the game and... need to install the game to the hard drive, which took another half hour.  

By the time I finally got to the point where I could actually control a character, it was 2:30 in the morning and I was overdue for sleep. *sigh*
